How It Works
When the patient visits their physician, dentist, chiropractor, or any other health care provider, they present their personalized QR image. The highly encrypted and specific QR image is then scanned by the provider which prompts the physician to select information desired.
For a one-time installation fee, a MĪNA representative will install the software directly onto selected computers for your use. If necessary, hardware (including scanners and MĪNA Temp iPads) will also be setup for use for an additional fee. The installation includes the free smartphone app for all patients, software install, hardware install, training, IT support and upgrade support, and more.
Licensing is affordable and determined by the number of workstations used for MĪNA. Monthly and 5 year plans are available for purchase. Participating MĪNA sites/offices will be listed on our website for easy patient identification.
As part of the installation fee, you receive staff education and in-service training, IT support, up to 2 hours of 1-on-1 patient support at the time of install, and upgrade support for all new versions of the reader software. Contact us at customerservice@minaapp.com or 800-895-MINA.
Every site that is licensed to use MĪNA will receive any updates to software at no further cost.
